  1. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM (ET) October 15, 2009 and ends 11:59 PM (ET) November 20, 2009 ("Promotion Period"). To enter online, visit Barowsky's Organic Bread, Pete and Gerry's Organic Eggs or Stonyfield Farm Organic Yogurt during the Promotion Period and follow the prompts. Limit one entry per day, per person regardless of the number of e-mail accounts. The sponsors of this Sweepstakes are Lepage Bakeries, Inc., Pete and Gerry's Organics, L.L.C. and Stonyfield Farm (Sponsors).
  2. ELIGIBILITY:The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of October 15, 2009. Employees of the following and members of their families or households are not eligible for participation: Lepage Bakeries, Inc., Pete and Gerry's Organics, L.L.C. and Stonyfield Farm, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all participating prize providers. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

    Acceptance of a prize will constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Lepage Bakeries, Inc., Pete and Gerry's Organics, L.L.C. and Stonyfield Farm may use the winner's name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, except where prohibited.
  3. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected at the end the Promotion Period.

    Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, family or household.
  4. NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be contacted on or around November 23, 2009 and will be contacted via telephone then sent a written notification letter along with an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release. If potential winners do not respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days of first attempted notification, prizes will be forfeited and awarded to alternate winners.
  5. PRIZES: One (1) first-prize winner will receive a two (2) night stay for a family of four (4) at the Wildflower Inn including lodging, breakfast and an afternoon snack (ARV $570 each). Five (5) second-prize winners will each receive a Back to Basics TEM4500 BTB 4 Slice Toaster 4-Slot Egg &Muffin Toaster (ARV $75 each). Fifty (50) third-prize winners will each receive a 2009 Big Organic Breakfast Bar t-shirt (ERV $20 each). Total value of prize structure is estimated at $2000. ALL TAXES AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES NOT SPECIFIED ABOVE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of the Sponsors.

    Each first-prize winner of the two-night package will be required to make reservations directly with the Wildflower Inn. Prizes must be used by 12/31/10 and are subject to all terms, conditions and policies of the Wildflower Inn. First Prize two-night package is subject the following blackout dates: 12/21/09 - 1/1/10, 2/15/010 - 2/23/10 and 12/21/10 - 1/1/10.
  6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsors are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials, stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. Sponsors, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for incorrect entry of information by entrants. By entering the sweepstakes the winner agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsors, its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives for personal injury or loss, which may occur from participation in the sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

    If Sponsors determine in their sole discretion that any suspected or actual tampering with the promotion occurs, or if any difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Sponsors, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently and cancel or modify the promotion. Should the promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.peteandgerrys.com, www.barowskys.com and www.stonyfield.com. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to select winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the termination date. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    SPONSORS AWARD PRIZES SUBJECT ONLY TO MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, WITHOUT WARRANTY BY SPONSORS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITHOUT LIMITATION.

    It is the policy of Sponsors, in compliance with United States Internal Revenue Service regulations, to send a Form 1099 to any winner receiving a prize valued in excess of $600 (USD), which requires disclosure of the winner's social security number. The winner remains solely responsible for paying all federal and other taxes in accordance with the laws that apply in your state of residence.

    The privacy policy applicable to this sweepstakes is a follows:
    a. All entries received will be shared with a fulfillment house for the sole purpose of selecting and notifying winners.
    b. Entrant information will only be used by the sponsors and Wildflower Inn and will not be sold or released to other companies.
